WLW reciprocating vacuum pump
Reciprocating vacuum pump (referred to as reciprocating pump for short), also known as piston vacuum pump, belongs to one of the low vacuum obtaining equipment. Compared with water ring vacuum pump, it has the advantages of high vacuum degree and low power consumption.Compared with rotary vane vacuum pump, it can be made into a pump with high pumping speed.
At present,the new WL series vertical reciprocating vacuum pump produced by our factory is an updated product of the original W-type horizontal vacuum pump.Compared with the W-type horizontal vacuum pump, this pump has the following advantages:
1.The average wear rate of cylinder, piston ring, crankshaft, piston rod and cross head is greatly reduced, and the service life of valve is greatly improved.
2. Power consumption is reduced by nearly 1/3, floor space by2/3 and water consumption by 1/2.
3. The noise is reduced because the inferior vibration of shear wave is eliminated.
4. WLW series vacuum pumps can be supplied in oil-free form, which greatly improves the vacuum cleanliness and is an ideal equipment for food,pharmaceutical and other industries.
WLW reciprocating pump is single-stage pumping with a limit pressure of 2000Pa(15 Torr).
