At present the materials of vacuum pumps in the market are mostly cast iron, copper, steel, stainless steel and other alloy materials. These materials are not resistant to the corrosion of chemical gases and liquids, resulting in frequent failures of vacuum pumps, heavy maintenance workload and short service life.

The existing anti-corrosion treatment methods for the surface of metal parts include: plating nickel-phosphorus alloy, plating Teflon and spraying stainless steel power; The disadvantages of these surface coatings are: poor adhesion, easy to fall off, serious pore corrosive and short effective anti-corrosion period. Therefore, surface treatment technology can not completely solve the problem of corrosive gas suction by vacuum pump.

The steel-lined engineering plastic corrosion-resistant vacuum pump developed by our company is made of steel, and a layer of modified PTFE material with a certain thickness (≥4mm) is lined on the surface of the part flow channel to form a steel-plastic composite assembly. Metal parts are closely combined with engineering plastics, which are resistant to high temperature, pressure and vacuum. Parts not only maintain the strength and rigidity of metal parts, but also have the excellent characteristics of corrosion resistance of engineering plastics. In the chemical process, corrosive gas can be directly pumped without gas neutralization treatment before vacuum pump. Almost all acid, alkali and salt media will not corrode the lining plastic parts, so it is completely suitable for all occasions where corrosive gases are pumped in the chemical and pharmaceutical production industry. The performance of vacuum pump is the same as that of ordinary vacuum pump.
